With many years of combined experience delivering education and quality residential care to young people with an ASD, our team understands the individual nature of our students.

From the very beginning of any student placement, our team works together in partnership to provide the personalised 24-hour learning environment which is integral to the success that we achieve with our students. 

Darren Jackson - College Principal

Darren is the head of service and has the overall responsibility for the running of the College. He provides the vision for education and residential care across the campus.

Mat James -Registered Manager/Head of Residential Care

Mat leads the residential and key worker teams and is responsible for the care of the students and the day-to-day residential services of the College.

Anne Stephens - Head of Education

Anne leads our team of lecturers and Learning Support Assistants and has responsibility for the provision and delivery of all education programmes.

Dave Power - General Manager

Dave's role involves the operations aspect of Beechwood College which involves all staffing, maintenance and the general day to day running of the College.

Our unit leaders have responsibility for the students who reside within their designated area of the College.

Howard Gooding - Senior Lecturer

Our senior lecturer is our appointed examinations officer and assists the Head of Education in the planning and delivery of all educational programmes.
